Track Your Order

Want to know where your R-ALA is? Tracking is easy.

1. Find your tracking number

As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

2. Track your parcel

Enter your tracking number on your carrier's website, or paste it into a universal tracker such as 17TRACK. If you have an account with us, you can also view order status under your account orders.
