Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery Times

• Finland: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of EU: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• International: 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery windows. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be shown on site.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at hello@neurorootlabs.com and we'll help resolve it.
