At NeuroRoot Labs we stand behind every bottle. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

Our 60-Day Guarantee

If our product isn't right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery at hello@neurorootlabs.com and we'll arrange a refund of the purchase price. You may return opened or unopened bottles — we simply ask that you tell us a little about your experience so we can keep improving.

How to Start a Return

  • Email hello@neurorootlabs.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Our team will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.
  • Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received or your guarantee request is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason — this is in addition to our 60-day guarantee. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@neurorootlabs.com.
